The heart of the world beckons the sober man,
Suicide lurks between the whistling wind,
Genocide contemplates ethical bounds,
Cleansing of the soul burdens others' well being,
The release of frustration cures the ill,
The shadow the covers you eyes can kill,
Your conformity eats lies of the ignorant,
Rules put in place to control and dictate,
You live through the choices you make for your child,
Perception clouded by your want of apathy,
Being spiritual does not mean your Jesus,
Seperation from the norm is ideal,
Anti-social behavior is not endured,
Each day we are put on trial for our acts,
Loneliness is all there is for a poet,
The control of the church will not redeem,
Being good on Sundays does not save your soul,
The screen of the tube becomes your only god,
Satan rises to power within your wallet,
The seed of corruption is printed in green,
Master Thereon oversees the oppression,
Killing of men is the rite of passage,
Brilliance shines through the suffering of man,
Death surrounds you everyday to show you die.
