| I have been working in the same place for over a year now and I really do love my job. I just lost out on a promotion and a guess a raise. Last year I was going to get a 3% raise and all I got was a 1%. So what O would ke to know is should I say I am going to get a diff job just to see if I can get a raise just like everyone eles is doing? |
