So I am now working at a job that pays minimum wage of 6.15$ a hour. I have been there for a lil over 5 months. The manager wants to make me a 3rd key assistant, Which would give me a raise and also put a management trait on my resume, for any future jobs I might want, The only problem I have is its hard as anything to survive of minimum wage and part time hours, the can change around at any given time. I love my job all other then one lady who works there. I just want to see what ya'll would do if faced with this situation.
A.) Keep the job and wait for the raise.
or
B.) Leave the job or find a second job. |
