Women's rights!

This is a very good subject in my opinion. I read a friend's blog and have to say her views on the matter were in tresting to say the least. This is off the subject it will lead to the subject. Any whoooo,  when I was a kid parents had the right to not only discapline but if they wanted beat their children. My dad was an alcoholic and would get drunk to the point of passing out every day. He had a special whistle and when we heard that whistle we were supposed to come in and we would get beat didn't matter if we did something wrong or not. I had two brothers and three sisters. I never knew why we had to endure something like that, I always thought that maybe he thought that one of us must've have had to have done something wrong and because he was so drunk just found it easier to just discapline all of us instead of having to figure who did what I guess? Anyway we finally figured out if we just didn't come in he eventually would pass out and wake up the next day thinking it happened. Now a days u can't even spank ur children without someone thinking it's wrong. I was a single father and raised my daughter from the age of two till she went to college at 18 three years ago. I never beat her but would spank her as a child but only as a child. Eventually she grew to know the difference between right and wrong and for the most part would do the right thing. I learned from my parents mistakes and not saying I'm innocent and have never did anything wrong but she's now is a student at Texas A&M University, one of the best Universities in Texas and persuing her dream of becoming a veterinarian. My point is we should all learn not only from our parents mistakes but our own and pass it on.  As Americans we r spoiled but if it weren't for women no one would be walking the face of the earth and yet women r still objectified to believe that they're the weaker being just because we as men are physically stronger. I for one don't agree and believe women should have the exact same rights as men. It's because I had the opportunity to raise my daughter and see first hand how hard it is to not only raise a child but a female child and have to say women don't have it easy growing up and that's without birthing her. Not to mention that I want what's best for her and see she works twice as hard and will only get in what probably a man thinks is what she's worth and this man know's first hand her worth and is worth a hell of a lot more. I don't say these things to get praised from anyone nor am I wanting anyone's dislikes and is just my and only my opinion but because I only want my daughter to have everything she worked twice as hard for and should get everything any man is given, awarded, handed, or worked hard for. If u don't like or agree then that's fine by me and really don't care cause this is not only about women's rights but and we'll my daughter is now one but is about a father wanting his daughter to have everything she should have and then some. I mean who wouldn't want the same for their own? https://get.google.com/albumarchive/102889785815616328143/albums/photos-from-posts
