For the past three weeks, I have been working 50 + hours a week, six days a week at my studio because I am the only photographer there. Now, one day a week, they send someone in from the surrounding stores to spell me for a bit, but they don't seem to "care" as much about the job. The last associate that came in from another store took it upon herself to "clean and organize" my store during the 9 hours (of her scheduled 8) that she logged against my studio profits, while on her cell phone. When I inquired as to the reasoning behind 1. throwing away my props that I had personally bought for the studio, 2. moving all our supplies into different areas of storage in the studio I got chewed out.. and informed that it was a mess **it was an organized mess thank you!** and that if i looked i could find it. She then informed me it wasn't MY studio, and I had no right to expect her to do her job. I'm grateful for the day off, but i am wondering...
A. shut up and deal with the attitude or b. report her to her direct supervisor and let her handle the situation...
