| I've had my dog for 13 years. She's a black lab, I got her when she was 5 weeks old. Two days ago the vet informed me she probably has cancer. I am deeply saddened and I know that 13 years is a long life for a dog and she may yet live a for quite some time. The question I'm pondering is should I get another dog to keep her company or would that be cruel to bond 2 dogs when one may be dying? |
