OK. I JUST BEEN WONDERING WHAT SHOULD I DO. I HAVE NOT THAT LONG AGO BEEN TOLD I GOT ULCERS AND THEY TELL ME THAT I NEED TO QUIT DRINKIN AND SMOKIN. I TRIED, HONESTLY, BUT AFTER 2 WEEKS I DRANK A LITTLE....A BOTTLE OF BACARDI...BUT I KEEP GETTIN SICK AND CANT EAT...AND EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE I DRINK MY BOTTLE OF JOSE OR BACARDI OR BOTH...ALSO WITH THE SMOKING...I USED TO SMOKE 2 1/2 PACKS... NOW IM DOWNTO 1 PACK A DAY..SO IM JUST WONDERING SHOULD I JUST QUIT COLD TURKEY OR SCREW IT?????
