okay i have this friend that is in the army is separated from his wife adn she left him for another man he gave her divorce papers and she wont sign them well now she wants him to sign a paper stating its okay fro her to re-enlisted into the army...he told her when she signs the divorce papers and gets them back to her he will sign the paper until then she cant re-enlist as she took the girls to another state and from what she says they consider her a single parent so what should he do?
A) sign the paper for her and keep asking her to sign the divorce papers(which she wont do)
or
B) stick to his guns and wait til she gets the divorce papers signed and back to him...
oh to help you all she degrades him wont let her talk to the kids and harasses him til no end |
