I just read an article about a black woman attacked and murdered at her job by a white man. Because the man admitted to killing her based solely on her race, her employer refused to pay her family and death benefits. Does this make sense to anyone else? The man was a complete stranger who only picked her cuz she was the first black woman he saw that day.
So. Do you agree with me that her family is entitled to benefits cuz she was murdered on the job or
She isn't entitled cuz it wasn't necessarily a job related death according to the lawyers |
