I have found that the key to weight loss, with lasting results is to eat higher protien meals that allow your body to use its own fat storage as fuel. I have limited the carbs in the afternoon unless my workout falls in the afternoon but really taper them off going to bed. I try to eat at least 8 times per day with 6 being the min. mBreakfast by far is still my largest meal, but the calorie content is low.
