DIET

I have found that the key to weight loss, with lasting results is to eat higher protien meals that allow your body to use its own fat storage as fuel. I have limited the carbs in the afternoon unless my workout falls in the afternoon but really taper them off going to bed. I try to eat at least 8 times per day with 6 being the min. mBreakfast by far is still my largest meal, but the calorie content is low.

Biceps, forearms and back

wow the pumps are truly incredible, I have now lowered the weight using stricter form and manage to have better control of the whole movement. This new training regiment is perfect for me to add the mass that I want.

tonights work out

wow this new training program really pushes me to my intensity limit. I have never experienced muscle fatigue and soreness like this. Who would have thought that doing one exercise per body part for 3 different bodyparts could increase strength and muscle gains so fast. I tell you this work out is not for the weak of the weak of stomach. Starting cardio again on wednesday morning, just going to do a brisk walk on the treadmill for 45 min. Until tomorrow.
