mum expired. [EVERYONE]

so i was going to get a new laptop and i noticed it all vista, I have trouble using that program..... but i did find some with xp on them...

should i go with the with vista cause it's the new operating system or should should i use x cause it's just a better program?

tell me your thoughs on the operating systems....
