well completed the 72 mile leg wow that was easy than i thought but still difficult

well completed the 64 mile leg today now 72 tommorrow it will not be a good day

well completed the first leg of 48 miles today now we have 55 to do tommorrow

well i start the 370 mile bike ride today in D.C. the first leg is 48 miles wish me luck.
