hi everyone. just stopping in to see what's going on. I probably haven't been on in almost a year. not much new here. I did retire last April after 38 yrs in the same job. long story. it wasn't in my plans but really glad I did it. I don't miss work at all. I paid my dues and now it's time for me. hope all of you are good. not sure when I'll be back on.
So, after 5 months away in physical therapy rehab I'm home. actually came home last tues. it was an awesome place, the staff and residents were wonderful. it was like a mini resort, everything under one roof. 2 pools, 2 gyms, various parks and beautiful acres of ground, multiple dining rooms and even a bar. I miss them so much especially being home alone now in lock down. I could have stayed another month but we went into lockdown a week before PA made it mandatory so I couldnt get out to get my dog. one of the supervisors went and got her for me for a day but that was it. just couldnt live like that. I went in barely able to walk and am now strong and walking. I still need a walker for any distance and will need it until I can get my knee replacements. I have alot if unpacking still to do but havent felt like doing anything. maybe a little bit of depression. I'll try to get on here more often but I do want to thank everyone for the sf, 11s, pimps and everything else!

Haven’t been able to get on as much lately. Lots of physical therapy throughout the day and exhausted at night. I end up staying up too late playing on here and then I have to get up early to start all over again. Will try my best to get on and return likes rates and whatever else xoxo
Lots of unexpected company today. It was really fun but missed the gym. Guess I'll hit it after dinner
land physical therapy was at 10 this morning. feeling proud that im getting stronger
aqua therapy was at 11. just getting done. later will be bike and trying to walk the triangle
tgis-no therapy today but will do my walking and maybe even go to the pool. going to the hairdresser first. boy do i need that!
today i had regular physical therapy. that also wiped me out. they want me walking the floor which is like a big triangle 2 to 3 times a day. im going to try but probably only once today. gotta do it!
Had physical therapy yesterday and aqua therapy today. The aqua therapy has wiped me out. It didn’t feel like it until about an hour after I was done. I need a nap!
Physical and aqua therapist coming today at 11. lets get this started!!! On the right path!
Still no therapy. supposed to see Dr tomorrow. went to get my furbaby today and drive home to vote, pick up a few things at the house and then get gas. im back here now. have to have Leah back at kennell by 7. just hanging out in my room with her until its time to take her back
hopefully today I'll see the doctor and get some physical therapy underway. if not its gonna be a pretty boring day.
