She calls me Ocean Eyes Because of the color Not the depth She says they sparkle Like the sun on the waves Just beyond the sight of land Where the horizon teases Revealing just a sliver A forbidden glimpse Of what it holds in its breast Where pure white gulls Soaring to Heaven Sing their hymn to the newborn dawn
I call myself Ocean Eyes Because of the depth Not the color I feel them resound Like the vast salty deep That makes godless sailors Cross themselves and mumble prayers Against the warren of nightmares Where unholy creatures With bulbous blind eyes Burrow their bloody teeth Into living flesh To gain enough sustenance To breed the next generation
She says to me "You say beautiful things sometimes" If only she knew
About Me:
I'm not really sure what to say here. I'm, umm... me! Last I checked, I'm the only me there is, though I've been hearing there's been alot of luck with cloning experiments lately.
I live in Maryland, work in Northern Virginia (just across the river from DC). When I'm not at work (unfortunately far too little time), I enjoy reading, writing, playing video games, having good conversations with friends, taking long walks on the beach... whoops, got a little carried away there.
I guess I'm just here to have a good time. Anything else you want to know about me, just ask! I don't bite... unless you ask really nicely...
Note to Visitors:
Sure, ratings are great and all, but I'm really here to meet people, not to get my ego stroked by a bunch of random clicks. I'd much prefer to get a comment to a rating, whether it's on my profile or on a pic.
Take your time, say something! Let me know you're a real person out there. I'll talk back, too, I promise. :)

All things relating to education, patience, help from superiors. The Hierophant is often considered to be a Guardian Angel.
The Hierophant's purpose is to bring the spiritual down to Earth. Where the High Priestess between her two pillars deals with realms beyond this Earth, the Hierophant (or High Priest) deals with worldly problems. He is well suited to do this because he strives to create harmony and peace in the midst of a crisis. The Hierophant's only problem is that he can be stubborn and hidebound. At his best, he is wise and soothing, at his worst, he is an unbending traditionalist.
Jason's comments: Hmm, interesting. Not the card I would have chosen for myself. Not entirely sure I agree with the interpretation of this card exactly, since it usually denotes a little more rigidity than is expressed here. Still, the description as given is pretty close to me...
