I do not down rate anyone I will block you if I am down rated.I am a very honest and also love to joke as well. If I keep rating you and I never get any rates in return I will stop sooner or later that gets old when you are on dial up and it takes so long to rate people when you have many friends to share rates to.I will return ratings, fans, friendships, etc. as quickly as I am able to.
