Okay things that make me tick...


I have been reading most of my life, so that's always a big one. Although it's not confirmed that I have more books than square inches of carpet, it might be a near thing. My tastes in reading are pretty broad - some authors I have enjoyed include R.A. Salvatore, John Saul, Stephen King (although I thought "Dreamcatcher" was a waste of paper), Dean Koontz, Anne McCaffery, Piers Anthony, Ray Feist, John Grisham and Clive Cussler.

I also like to write. The most common example of this comes out when working on character concepts for any one of the many role-playing games I am involved in. I have probably been RPing for twenty years or so, and see no reason to quit anytime soon. It's great way to hang out, use your imagination, and have the chance to sit around trading scathing insults with close personal friends. Who could ask for more? But back on my writing, I have been published a few times as a poet in the national Library of Poetry. No million-dollar contracts yet though, but I'll keep you posted.
