I'm a complete Nascar fanatic , I've been watching it for 30+ years , I saw the first Televised Nascar race in 1979, the Daytona 500 , WOW , all that needs to be said about that race , Richard Petty took first place after the two leaders going into the last lap (Cale Yarborough and Donnie Allison) crashed while fighting for the lead. Remember it like it was yesterday , I've been to a dozen or so races when I can and when they are near me , Been to the Richmond Va. race two times , Been to Darlington SC Raceway 1 time , Went to the old North Wilkesboro track 2 times back in the 80's , Very Fun Days . Been to Martinsville Va. track ones , too small , didn't like that race , Didn't feel like I got my moneys worth . Went to Rockingham in the spring one year , Didn't take a Jacket , My Daughter Tina didn't take one either , Had to buy Sweatshirts and Jackets , That one got expensive .Been to Charlotte Motor Speedway once , Definitely my favorite racetrack ever , Would go again and again. Been to a few other races here on the east coast.Dover once, Been to Talladega one year on my Birthday, Almost got arrested. weeeee!Drunk that race. Stayed 6 days at the camp grounds down there.Partied all week Went to Daytona in July one year for the Pepsi 400 My Favorite Driver was Dale Earnhardt. With no doubt the greatest racecar driver ever. When he was killed I lost a lot of interest . I still watch but not every one like it was the last one like it used to be. I pull for Dale Jr. now more so because I'm a chevy fan . I think Kyle Busch is more like Dale Sr. than any other racer thats come along since Dale himself. And yes I know Kyle does whine but I see others whine more when Kyle whips their azzes. If Kyle was in a Chevrolet I would be pulling for him because he is the one with the most talent on the race track every week.Go Kyle! And yes I guess that makes me a hater.A Jimmy Johnson Hater with his 4 championships in a row , Oh . I love to hate on that guy. And yes he will more than likely win the fifth this year 2010.
