As you can tell my name is Kate. I've been with my husband, Tony, for 5 years. We have 2 children together; Adam (8) and Amara (3). I'm currently a student working toward being a phlebotomist and LPN. I originally started college studying elementary education. Took a break from school, got married, and realized elementary ed wasn't what I really wanted to do with my life. It may have taken a while to get where I am, but it's better late than never. :-)
I also volunteer my time in the Army community which includes, but not limited to, instructing classes for Army family members. It teaches not only keys to successful military living, but life skills as well. I'm hoping to soon volunteer with The American Red Cross, too.

I, like everyone else, enjoy a variety of things: Concerts, Sports (watching and playing), Iced Coffee, Fishing, The 80's, Sushi, Cinematic Adventures, Bowling, Amusement Parks, Traveling, Helping Others/volunteering, Poker, Vinyl Records, The Little Things in Life, singing, and the occasional Game. NOT head games or childish games. I've had my fill with those for the next few lifetimes.
