people ask me "damon y did u choose to be a soldier?" and all i can think to say is, "we who are soldiers are not soldiers because we chose to be, we are soldiers, because we were chosen not by the government, not by society, but by somthing else."............ many people will never understand why we except our callin, and no matter how we try to explain it ppl will never understand wut it takes to be a soldier..... there are ppl who serve this country and claim to be a soldier, but they arent. dont get me wrong they are good ppl. and i am proud to stand by them 2 defend this country, but they just arent cut out to live this life. this is not a job this is a way of life! i know sum ppl will read this and be kinda pissed cuz they think i am bashing on my brothers and sisters in arms, but that is not it at all. the other soldiers who read this will agree with me, so....... if u dont like wut i am sayin dont read it.
