So I am originally from Escondido. I joined the navy right out of high school in 1997. I decided to get married right away and had a very beautifull daughter. Through various unsaid reasons we parted ways. I thought that I had found love again in the end of my naval career of eight years and got out to be a stay at home dad. I did the very best that I could to provide a loving home for my step-children and wife. In March of 2008 my wife deployed to Iraq, and so beginning my term as single father and part time student. It was hard at first but shortly after it became second nature, I was a natural. Then the one thing I never saw comming came to pass; my wife wrote to tell me that she was no longer in love with me anymore and that she wanted a divorce. Immediately I tried to find fault in myself and figure out what I had done wrong and the only thing that I could conclude that over these years I had become boring to her. It hurt to realize that it could happen that simply. I resolved myself after about a month of mourning not to let my self wallow in self pitty like I had for two years after my first divorce. I obtained a job with the help of a really good friend as a Health Technician at Naval Hospital San Diego. I was determined to move forward and find the silver lining in the cloud. I love my job and can't wait to start school again to get my BSN so that I can get a commision as an officer in the Navy. There are things in life that I regret doing, decisions that I have made along the way; I can not say that I am proud of the person that I was for the most part, but I know one day that I will be proud of the person I have become. http://www.myspace.com/darkelf8404
