Oh wow...where to start!

I'm an adventurous woman who loves to do and is willing to try just about anything at least once!!! I love to spend time with family and friends. It doesn't matter what we're doing, as long as we're together. My family and friends are very important to me and I value everyone that is a part of my life. If you are a true friend and close to me, I will do anything for you.

I have always found myself to be unique, because I believe that I have a completely different perspective on life compared to most people. I tend to look at things from "outside the box" so to speak, and have a vastly different perception than what people are used to. But I am who I am...that's what sets me apart from others and something I will never change, for anyone or anything.

I have an absolutely wonderful 5 yr old son, Caedon Riley, who's my "Angel Baby" and my whole life. He truly fills my life with so much love, joy, lots of hugs and tons of kisses!!! He's given me the strength to go on when I felt like I had nothing else left in life. I've realized that if I wouldn't have anything else in this world other than him, that's all that would matter to me. He is my one true happiness and watching him grow fills my heart with even more love for him than I ever thought I had.

When I'm not spending time with Caedon, I love the outdoors, especially going hiking or having picnics in the park. I love cooking and am always up for trying new and different cuisines. I love Indian and Thai food. I love to try food from all different cultures and traditions around the world. I love traveling as much as I can, although most of it the past few years has been for work and not leisure.

I'm absolutely a true romantic at heart, and wear my heart on my sleeve, but there's also a definitely wild, passionate side to me too! I love cars and love to take my Mustang to various car shows and just hang out with everyone there. I also love to go off-roading in my H3 and just have fun with it.

I'm a very driven, career-oriented woman and completely devoted mother who works extremely hard to take care of my son and myself and to have the things I want and have. I'm not afraid to work hard, I always have. In the end, it's all worth it :-) I'm a legal assistant and real estate agent. I have my own Mary Kay Cosmetics and Ebay businesses. I have a sales rep/modeling job for a marketing agent for one of the biggest magazine publishers in the world, Source Interlink Media and travel to various car shows and drag races to set up and run a vendor booth. But my biggest and favorite job is being a MOTHER.

There's so much more to life than we can begin to imagine, and we need to just reach out and do whatever it takes to make our dreams come true. Our dreams can become our reality if we reach high enough and never give up. Have no regrets, but rather live and learn. Life is full of lessons to be learned. The path will never be straight and narrow. It will always have bends and curves and intersections where we'll have to make decisions on which way to go. We create our own path in life. We might now always choose the right way, but in the end, we will end up right where we're supposed to be.

Most importantly, NEVER take anything or anyone for granted and count your blessings each and every day because you never know when the day will come that it will all be gone. I appreciate and cherish everyone and everything in my life, even though there may be times that I don't show it, or when at times I tend to let myself down. But I reflect back on the things I do have, the important people in my life, and it gives me the strength to go on and continue my journey down the path I call my life.

I want.....

A man who's going to be my "equal"...
A man who'll be there to help me with life's "struggles"...
A man who'll be there to help me solve problems...

A man who'll be there to help me "brainstorm"...
A man who'll be there to help me get through life in general...
A man who'll be there to comfort, soothe & console me when things are down & out...
A man who'll be there when things are going great...

A man who'll be there through the sadness & tears as well as the happiness & joy...
A man who'll support me & my dreams & aspirations...

A man who'll understand that I work so hard to take care of myself & my son...
A man who'll be there for me through EVERYTHING...
A man who'll always be faithful, loyal & loving...

A man who will never be possessive, controlling or abusive...

A man who'll be a little jealous - just enough just to show he cares without going overboard...
A man who'll WANT to take care of me... (I guess in the old-fashioned way of "the woman cooks & takes care of the house - with the man taking care of the woman & family" scenario) (even though I do work my ass off!)

A man who'll understand that I work hard for what I have...

A man who'll understand that I can't support him in addition to myself, son & home... (at least not until I'm making millions!)...

A man who'll be able to hold his own...
A man who'll appreciate everything I would do for him - cooking, cleaning, laundry,

A man who'll appreciate the love, RESPECT, loyalty & faithfulness I would give him...

A man who'll do nice things for me "just to show he cares" (i.e., a card, note, email, etc.

I don't need flowers or material things)...
A man who'll be there for the me just as much as I would be for him...
A man who'll put in as much as I do in the relationship...
A man who'll want a future life together & not a "few months" fling...
A man who'll want a real relationship in all aspects of the meaning - the way it should be - the way it used to be in the "old days"...

A man who'll see our relationship in the future as TWO becoming ONE - a UNION of two people into ONE life...

A man who'll be everything to me that I am to him...

...(but will I ever find him?)

Is that really too much to ask for these days? Apparently, in the course of my lifetime, it seems to me that it has been a lot to ask for. I still haven't found that one man who can be all those things. And yet, they are such simple things. Things that I've seen day in and day out not only in my parents marriage of almost 50 years, but in other marriages of people I've known for many years. I've seen many marriages and relationships fail, but of those that are still going strong, they have ALL those qualities listed above. Has society really changed that much in the past 15 years??? Maybe I'm just wanting and looking for something I'll never find...but I would hate to think that's what this world's come to. That the simple things, the things that had been "common sense" and "natural" all those years, are now gone.

Or maybe it's because I just refuse to "settle" after everything I've been through in my life. I refuse to take less than I think I deserve and should have. Maybe because I know what I'm capable of giving, and from what I've already given in my lifetime, and want the equal in return and won't be truly happy until I get it. I'm not looking, nor have I ever looked, for Mr. Perfect, but rather Mr. Right. And Mr. Right would be able to easily meet all the expectations on that list. So if you do exist, where are you Mr. Right? I'm still waiting...
