One of the biggest influences was my maternal grandmother. She meant the world to and made me into the woman I am today. When I joined the Navy, they sent me overseas to Italy for a 3 year tour. On my first deployment, my granny passed away. That was one of the most hurtful times in my life, but I know that he is always with me, so I will continue to go on and try to make her proud.
I am no longer in the service, but I have great respect for our men and women in uniform.
All gave some - Some gave ALL.
May God Bless Them and Bring them home safe and sound!
