I'm currently seperated over 4 years now. I sublet a room from my son & his family. They have 2 boys, 0ne 6, one 3. My daughter has two children also. One boy 7, and a daughter who is 5. Those grandkids are the light of my life! :)
I recently retired from a 22 yr Law Enforcement career.
I've spent the summer enjoying my grandchildren. So far we've been camping 4 times and gone to Disneyland twice :)

I love road trips to the mountains, desert, coast, or across country.
TV programs: News/weather, NASCAR, some football, sirius music channels, Discovery, History, Deal/No Deal, 1 vs 100, Americon Idle, NCIS, JAG,(I know, I know, they don't make it anymore but it's my military and Law Enforcement background okay? lol), and a ton of Nickolodian & Disney channel stuff for the grand kids lol
Books: Luis Lamour, Zane Grey westerns are good, but I also enjoy books written by Tom Clancy and James Patterson as well as many others.
Heros: The Men & Women of the U.S. Military, Fire & Police/Sheriff Depts across the nation. Keep up the good work folks! :)
