Ok, well been kinda busy?? Ummm occupied
Alrighty, as most know certain times in my boring life I get busy...that involves my son, paydays and some family...
Yet recently, it has taken on a new form for me as I'm 38 and for the most part have always rented, but over the past few years I've been wanting to finally buy...why rent when you can have something to invest in ..right?? Unless you see some of the pathetic houses where its the same amount of bedrooms..and they're smaller and want 124k for it..lol.
So, recently I would say 6 months I've been working on my credit again and paying things off..who at 38 can say they have less than 10k in debt...not many in today's society...but I am getting there.
So, seeing that Friday was payday....I bought all my totes...yes they are a great friend to a mover ..lol. Paid all my bills...wait I think I forgot one...nah I'll get it later ...So my clean apartment and believe me I'm a freak for a clean place...is now covered in files upon files...current..past...lordy gotta love organization..lol. Yet, it just means as they are filed and relabeled one last major thing to pack. Next thing to pack you ask...that is to hand wash the crystal and dish wash, wrap and pack that...see I'm not too lazy..lol.
Whoot, I can actually pack my books now...believe me that will be a good thing to go cause there is some dysfunction there..lol
OOOooOOO to those that know me or talk at me...I've been here and there and not really here...working on my BP which was banging...you swear what does it take to have a coronary or a stroke..IDKKK cause I neglected this thing for sooo long it should of happened...God sparing me for greater things ...I'm not sure or will question him there...
All I know is my heart is reeling to have my son more often, buy a house so I have him more than half the time and do more once I move...I hope it's soon.
I'm just waiting to get back my VA Certificate which in the next 10 days it should be here, looking at houses to seal one up...even though the one I hoped for someone else is closing on...I'll find one; Patience is one thing I've always had, but it's my time to finally say it's mine!!
I know I'm scattering in thoughts, but there is so much to say, but I reserve that for another time!! Yes my mind is always going...crunching numbers, taking in properties...I think that is a problem I had since my Military and Engineering Career
ended very sudden it leaves much to be said and brought out up there!!
