Social suffocation Gasping for air looking at too many faces to see who might care. Walking in the shadows of the light And still clear out of every ones sight. Questions overwhelming my mind curiosity is it the wrong place or the wrong time? Looking at myself in the mirror What do they see what makes them stay clear? Shallow talking to some one‘s ear not being Able to speak what I feel in fear . Returning to my sheltered night Discussed with the human race and their Self centered might. So I bid all a good night! Kissing your lips was like honey wine Sweet and bitter at the same time Your Devine being overwhelms me As we kiss under the willow tree I see the stars in your eyes as they glisten With truths and little white lies Leaping and playing in the grass Lover leap to the future and from the past A new beginning started to day as the embers Started burning a fire a blaze . Most are appalled at what I write About daytime pleasures and midday flight Touching your psyche with just one word Off goes your mind flying Like a wild bird. The truth be known ,I am not bad, I just speak of the things That you have thought and never had A lustful night ,passions and kinks I’m the man behind the curtain that writes but will never speak . A gruesome sight I am a wounded beast a broken man Crying out in agony but each verse put down lets me breath I refuse to come out in the light The night time shadows are my only delight.
