So I'm living with a friend of mine at the moment, and this guy is useless with money. Just had to take out a small loan because of this.

He'd broken his laptop so he asked to borrow mine to make a few bets, I flat out told him no, due to his money problems and whatnot.

Was I right or wrong in doing so?
