So the American government has decided to start the devaluing of the dollar to the point that normal people will go bankrupt. After this happens it( the gov.) will issue a new coinage system called (as of right now): The Amero. This is after Bush has scrapped the US constitution and installed himself as a dictator.
His power to do so comes from a little clause in the Homeland Security Act that give him the power to imposed the suspension the the Constitution the the case of a "national emergency"
