So my 20 year old son followed a girl to another state right after high school. He has done good for himself, he has a good job, and he does not ask for money. However he has decided that he wants to go to collage, and would like to move back home so he can devote more time to school.
I am going to let him come home, but I have not decided wither I am going to charge him rent. Here is what I am thinking. If he goes to School full time He can live Rent free, but what if he does not go to school full time?
A. As long as he is in School do not charge him rent.
B. If he Goes to school part time, make him get a job, and charge him full rent.
C. If he goes to school part time, make him get a job, and charge him a percentage of the rent (1/2 School load 1/2 rent, 1/4 school load 3/4 rent)
