I work in an office that is home to Veterans Affairs and Graduation for my school. Normally, I would just complain to my friends about this stupid guy but I thought since I have never written a blog I might as well vent to you guys.
This guy i am talking about we will just call him Yeomen. First I must say that my dealings with him in the past have been less than pleasent. Yesterday was the end of the line before I might just have to take action against him for being stupid and insensative.
I was dealing with my clients and he was out of the office. While dealing with my clients I was having a hard time hearing them due to Yeomen's overly loud Christmas music. SO I turned it down. When he came back into the office I was still dealing with my clients and I told him that I did turn down his music but due to the size of our office I muted it because I needed to hear the questions that were being asked of me. So then he just told me that he was going to have to starting singing his own holiday music since I turned his down. I was good and I refrained from taping his mouth shut. The whole thing that really pissed me off was his need to tell me after all clients had left..that all veterans need some holiday cheer and this office is too grouchy. I mean I have no problems with the idea of playing holiday music or any music at all I just have problems with the idea that this guy did not understand that when there are veterans asking me questions about their college funds I can't have him playing music that prevents me from hearing them.
