I ran out of gas in on the 710 last night on my way to Long Beach. So I coasted off the freeway and into an outlet shoe store in Carson.
They were closed but a guy told me there was a gas station a few miles down the road. So I started pushing my bike.
I was only about half a mile or so down the road when Liz, the assistant manager from the store I was at asked if I wanted a ride. I told her that it was okay, but she insisted on helping.
So she drove me to the gas station. But they didnt take cards. So she drove me to a bank...then back to the gas station then back to my bike.
I tried to offer her some gas money but she wouldn't take it.
Anyways.. thank you Liz..evan though I know you'll never see this. I'm just really glad to know that there are still nice helpful people out there!!
