I didn't think a mum was appropriate for this so I put my thoughts here.
It has been thirteen years since I had open heart surgery. The surgery took place on the day before thanksgiving (today) and on Thanksgiving day I was still on a vetalator waking up. I have to give thanks to the doctors, nurses and all the people that took care of me while I was in the hospital back then and for all thoes who have helped my since that day with the six strokes,two heart attacks and the brain surgery I had in July. It has been a long road traveled and don't expect to end my journey for a long time to come. I hope you all have a Very Happy Thanksgiving. John
