Well, here's just a little update on whats been goin on the last few days... Yesterday, the specialist the plastic surgeon the guy who did my surgery behind my thigh and knee came in and he said that things are getting smaller just very slowly... I have a tunnel in the sore behind my thigh and its only deep enough for a long q tip to go through and yesterday, the doctor tried to put his finger in it to see how deep it was.. he found out that its not as deep as it was and does not tunnel to the sore behind my knee anymore.. But when I told him that it hurt he decided to try to push harder to make it even more painful.. and yesterday they gave me as much pain meds as they could.. they ended up givin me all 4 cc's of my iv pain med.. they gave me 3 cc's of the pain med before the first dressing change since i knew the doctor was coming in and i knew i would be hurting more.. then after they gave me a pain pill and that still didnt hardly touch the pain so then they gave me the last 1 cc of the iv pain med i could get and then i was gettin a pain pill every 4 hours to try to finally get caught up on the pain and it seemed to never go away yesterday so it was a really bad day for pain yesterday for me.. then last night during the last dressing change they gave me all 4 cc's of the iv med to try to help before and then the pain pill after like normal.. There were a few times yesterday I was in so much pain i just laid here and cried till i could get something else for pain... They think i'm building up a tolerance for the pain pills and everything so they are goin to start me on a new oral pain pill todady that is goin to be taken at night... and then they are goin to let me have 3 doses of the iv pain med but only if i need it and if its as painful of a day as it was yesterday and with each dose I can take up to 4 cc's of it which i've been doin the last few days.. But I am hoping that today will be a day of a lot more pain relief then yesterday... but the best part is that even though everything is very slow healing its at least healing and thats all that matters.. They also think some of the reason I am in so much pain lately is some of the nerve endings are growing back more and some of them are getting irritated so its causing more pain... but I guess if you dont have pain then that means things arent goin so good.. So, i guess in a weird way i'd rather have some pain with everything that way I know everything is healing.. Anyways, sorry for this one being so long it wasn't ment to be long.. I miss all of you!! A friend of mine has been very sweet and let me borrow there lap top ,but i'm not sure how long I will have it for so i've been getting on here and yahoo as much as I can while I have the computer....

Hey everyone, I just wanted to give people some updates on what has been going on with me..

Well, as of yesterday I finished my last 2 Hypobarics treatments yay!! Its where I went and layed in this machine and it went down in sea level and my ears popped and it filled my sores with 100% oxygen and took all the bad crap out of it.. I had to do 20 treatments of them and ur in this machine for 90 minutes.. and there was only the 1 time i over heated in there and sweated so bad and got really light headed and a fever and really pale and my eyes started to go in the back of my head that they had to take me out after 70 mins otherwise i have lasted the rest of the time.. The sore on left knee is healed quite a bit ,but its still there its just small.. Then the one on my right knee is getting smaller its just pretty good sized still so they do that dressing changed 2 times a day.. Then the one on my right thigh is still very big it has only gotten smaller by like a half an inch or so and its so deep that you can still see the muscle behind my thigh ,but they are doin the dressing changes 2 times a day and its draining quite a bit ,but its better to be drainging then not draning at all.. They have been messing with my pain meds the last few days because I have been takin a pain pill and some of the time I havent been able to last the 4 hours without being in pain again so they changed my stuff.. Before my 2 dressing changes during the day my 1 in the morning and the one at night.. They give me 2 cc's of iv pain meds of dilated <spelling bad> before the dressing changes and that gives me a little bit of pain relief before hand which is kinda nice.. Then I have a pain patch for some pain relief and it was 50 mg ,but they upped it to 75 mg and every 3 days they are goin to up it till we find the right pain relief.. and then I have a pain pill of vicodine that was 325 mg ,but i have only been able to take that pain pill every 4 hours and that has helped ,but the pain has come back before the 4 hours are up so they changed the vicodine from 325 mg to 500 mg to see if that would help with the pain relief.. So, far I have been able to last the 4 hours without other pain stuff and sometimes a litte bit longer then the 4 hours also.. They also have me on iv antibiotics.. I have 1 antibiotic i take 1 time a day and another antibiotic that i take 2 times a day along with some sudafed to try to clear out of my ears since the hyperbarics really plugged up my ears a lot and were tryin to get them to drain.. and I have been taking my iron pill for my anemia.. Well, I guess thats all the updates i have for now ,but I will try to update everyone again in a few days if anything new goes on.. Well, here is just a little update for everyone.. I finished my very last 2 hyperbarics today yay!! my sores are some what healing just not very fast at all.. the one on my thigh that is the deepest to where u can see my muscle is being very slow at healing. they are having to pack it with a wet medicated gauze rolls and its so deep they use 2 rolls to pack it all in there and then they cover it with a huge gauze pad and they also do the same thing with my right knee... the one on my left knee is very small so they only put a little piece of gauze over it and then tape it.. But they had to up my pain meds this morning cuz I havent been able to last the 4 hours without a pain pill.. So, they give me the 2 cc's of iv pain meds before my dressing changes which seems to help some what take a little bit of the pain away to begin with.. then they upped my fentinal <bad spelling> my pain patch from 50 mg to 75 and its suppose to last 3 days and if this dont give me pain relief they will up the dosage again.. and then they have me takin vicodine and they had me on 325 mg pills every 4 hours. but sometimes the pain has been so bad I havent been able to last thte 4 hours without needing something else for pain so they upped my pain pill from 325 mg to 550 mg and I can only take a pain pill every 4 hours but since they pretty much doubled the dose the pain is more tolerable now.. They keep doin cultures of my sores and they keep takin my blood to make sure nothing is in my blood ,but things are lookin good they are just being very slow for the healing part.. But thats all the updates I have for u right now. I just wanted u all to know what was going on so I can keep you all updated... I miss you all!

Hey Everyone, well, I have a friend that is letting me use there computer once again which is nice of them. Anyways, this morning the nurses were messin with my picc line and finally got it open which made me very happy now that I can get my antibiotics and everything through that again and dont really have to worry about it at least for now. I am hopin that I will be able to get out of here eventually.

All my sores are healing slowly ,but are healing still.. I went through the hyperbaricks today which is that oxygen machine that I lay in for 90 minutes and its 100% oxygen that goes into my sores and makes my ears pop when I go up adn down in oxygen level to help my sores heal more. I didnt last the whole time today cuz I got so hot and light headed that they had to take me out after an hour ,but at least I made it an hour to be able to count it. Tomorrow I am suppose to start that twice a day ,but if i cant handle it then i cant they say.. if i can do twice a day then we will ,but if i can only do one a day then they will be happy with that and if i can only last the hour a day they will deal with that to since they will be able to count that to..

ok so just a quick update for everyone. I have been having problems with my picc lines and this is the second one that has gone bad on me since i have been up here so they had to start an iv in my hand tonight so that way they could start to give me my new antibiotic and my pain medication for my dressing changes. But the doctors are saying that my sores are lookin better they are just taking a while to heal and it will be a while ,but i am tryin to keep everyone updated. I miss all of you!! That is all for now ,but i will write more when i can as soon as I can..

Hey everyone, Sorry, i have not been on for so long ,but i have been in the hospital and I still am in the hospital cuz of that surgery I had where it was infected that they went in and debreaded it ,but things are SLOWLY healing its just goin to be a long long process so I will probably not be on for a while unless a friend of mine lets me use there lap top again in a few days or weeks like i'm hopin so that way I can keep u guys updated on whats going on. They have me on bed rest for most of the part ,but I am allowed to get up in my wheelchair 3 times a day for an hour at a time so that gets annoying ,but it will at least help and then they have finally taken me off my antibiotics ,but they are keeping a close eye on my blood count since my blood pressure can not stay up and my temp wont stay down.. But they have me doin a test every day where its called Hyperbarics and its 100% oxygen and thats suppose to help my sores out and it is helping ,but its goin to be very slow process.. If anyone wants to get a hold of me and u have my cell number your welcome to call me or text me to help me keep the time go by faster... I miss all of you and I hope to be back on sooner then later..

sorry i havent been in contact much lately ive been hostipal since wesnday morning. i had surgery on my right knee again on thursday, but everything im hoping it will look out for the better. doing vidials, dressing changes on my sores, every 4 hours as needed so we are not sure how long i will be in the hostipal. i will do better as trying to keep all of u updated on whats going on. I love ya and miss ya and i hope to come home soon.
