Staycation oor back to work?

mum expired. [EVERYONE]

So Hurricane Irene wrecked the Outer Banks of NC and thus derailed the vacation that was supposed to start yesterday. So what do I do now? Should I go to work tomorrow and just cancel my vacation time or should I do a "staycation"...Both options are kind of depressing.
