The fear of sleeping or going to bed. The last couple of days I have had a hard time falling asleep, taking 2 hours just to do so. Then tonight, as I was trying fall asleep. I realized that I was afraid to fall asleep,crying (go ahead and bash), thinking that I wont wake up in the morning. If that were to happen, what would happen to my daughter? She doesnt know how to use a phone (at 3yrs old) and no one calls really. I am also home alone for the next week. All I can think about is my daughter waking up and not me, and then what?
So, what do I do? Just stay awake, or find a PM medicine to try and knock myself out?
