| This is not so much a MUMM as it is a question of fact for those who have quit smoking or have knowledge of the processes there of. I promissed my wife I'd quit smoking before our soon to come daughter is born. I have procrastinated long enough and we are now less than a month away. From what I understand, setting timeframes like this might hurt the process, but I may be wrong. I have been without a cigarette for twenty-four hours now. I've found many "timelines" about the benifits of quitting and what occurs in a time period while you are without nicotine. What I haven't found is a real list of the withdrawl symptoms. I feel sooooo ill. I'm vomiting, I've got diahreah, amongst many other things. Are these normal withdrawl symptoms, or is there another underlying factor, like I may actually just be ill? |
