Well, actually I don't have sleeping problems, I sleep very well, the problems in the time I go to bed. I was a musician for more than 20 years, now I only work from home and if the pay is good I go to play from time to time, the real problem is that I created the bad habit of going to bed from 6 to 9 am, and I want to know if someone have had the same issues and fixed it. I have asked this same question on other forums, but they always give me useless advices, like have activities all the day, but that's not a problem, I do my exercises (at least one hour per day) gardening, music, etc... Some days I try to stay awake all day so I can get sleepy early in the night, but when I do that it only last a couple of days, a week max. I know most people on here make fun of this things, but I have also seen some that they know what they're talking about.
