Let's see, where do I begin. It all started with these kids at my son's school. My son decided to dedicate the 2007 school year to his grandfather, who passed away in July. Certain kids found that out, and started teasing him. They were saying some terrible things like telling my son to go Fuck his dead grandfather. My son got suspended one time, because one of the kids wouldn't leave him alone and my son got so pissed, that he hit the kid in the back with a rock, which my son knows wasn't the right thing to do. He came back from suspension, and the same kid plus 2 others started on him again. One kid punched my son in the jaw, the other kid punched him in the back of the neck, and the other kid just stood there and laughed as this all was going down. My son slapped the kid that was laughing. He went to the office and I was called. I called my husband and we rushed up to the school and had our words with the assistant principal and then the Pricipal (PICKLE FUCKER) as we all call him, comes out and tells my husband to calm down. My husband explains what has been happening and pickle fucker tells him that our son has a record of being a liar. I butted in and was about to say something, and pickle fucker just yelled at me and said, "WILL YOU SHUT THE HELL UP!!" I yelled right back at him and said, "YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TALK TO ME THAT WAY!!!" We stormed out of the office, and took the issue to the District Office, which didn't do a DAMN bit of good!! We also ended up taking our son to the emergency room, which the result of that was my son ended up with a bruised jaw and a cervical strain in his neck. We had him right a report about what had happened, which he did and it was 3 pages long. We also went to the Police station to place a report, because the Hospital had no choice but to report it. They just told us that they would send it to the officer that dealt with the school and we would be called. My son went back to school the next day, and was suspended once again, because the kids turned everything around and made it look like it was my son's fault. We asked why he got suspended again and they said that all the kids involved were suspended which was not the case. Well they got in-house suspension in the office, yet, because my son was suspended already he got 5 days. My son now has one more chance. If he gets suspended again, he gets expelled. Well, we came back from Christmas break, thinking it was going to be a better year, boy were we wrong. One of the kids that my son has been instructed to stay away from, which is hard, because they are in the same class and sit next to each other because that's where the teacher put them. The kid keeps instigating shit and when my son goes and tells someone, they don't believe him, because he has a "RECORD" of being a liar. The kid was hitting him during class, which the substitue teacher didn't see yesterday and my son told him to stop and the kid said that he was going to bring his 2 guns from home and shoot my son. When we get to the school yesterday to pick the boys up, my son comes to the car with a pissed off look on his face and I just knew something had happened. When he told me what had happened, I immediately went to the office and reported it to the Assistant Principal. She had said she would talk to the kids involved. Today we get to the school, and my son comes to the car with his teacher. His teacher said she talked to all the kids involved and said the kids were play fighting, and they all said my son instigated it all. Keep in mind that this same teacher, when my son told her about a past incodent, told him that she can't believe a word that is coming out of his mouth. I heard that and bitched the teacher out. She said she never would say anything like that. This same teacher told me to my face that this kid who has been messing with my son, Never Lies. I just rolled my eyes and walked out of the classroom. So, now the teacher is going to talk to the assistant principal and I just know my son will get expelled. The kids know he has been suspended 2 times before, so they are just pushing it so he would get in trouble and not them. I have talked repeatedly to the assistant principal and asked if she got my son's 3 paged report. She said, "Yes, but unfortunately it doesn't match the other kids!" That is BULLSHIT!!! I told her that's because my son told the truth. Not it's coming back to bite him in the ass!! My husband sent emails to the district office and the State about everything, saying that my son is scared to be at school, and that the Staff at the school can not be trusted and doesn't provide my son with a safe environment an education that he needs. I swear to GOD, if my son gets expelled, I will own that district and make their lives a living hell!! We are so tired of the SHIT that has been happening. They have Pissed Off The Wrong Family!!!
