Days fade into night
Seasons melt into another
Leaves begin to fall before they even change color
The air is crisp
The winds of change are blowing
I can feel Her,
The Crone is here.
When She comes you will know
When She walks even the trees bend to Her will
When She moves Her arms you can feel the mighty wind
Goddess of storms and fierce winds
She is powerful in Her coming
The dog howls at what my eyes can not see
As I recognize Her near
The rain begins to fall
as it to give Her an applaud
The Crone is here
She does not wait for our calendar
She does things as She pleases and in Her own time
She unfold Her hair as the grayish dark clouds cover the sky
Though the moon is full, yet Her face She has hidden
She is the Crone She does as She pleases
I can feel the spirits around
as they await for Her to guide them to the great beyond
I can feel Samhain knocking on the door
Time to gather the gords
Time to clean, and cleanse
To begin to rid my life of that which is dead.
Can you feel the magick in the air

When the lights went out and I went to bed
There was periods of just silence where the wind, and rain would stop.
I was given a lesson of silence, and learned something about myself
I need to embrace it more.
I say I am comfortable with silence, but am I really.
I felt for a moment as if I was welcomed to Her abode
For She lives in darkness, She is the Dark Goddess
It is where She is at home.
I also got a lesson and answers of why some of my spells for myself have not worked
There is always a reason, if I just listen I learn.
It is the darkness She shares Her secrets with those She loves
She truly is both gentle and fierce, again I am at awe of just witnessing Her power.
I am grateful last night I got some unexpected answers
