Do you what the scariest thing in the world is.....
Being woke up at 530 in the morning by a phone call from your 17 yr old daughter screaming and crying to tell you she has been in a car accident. It doesn't matter how strong a person you are or how many times you have prepared your self for that, it still shakes you to your core. That is what I woke up to this morning.
My Daughter Cherry and her Uncle Mike and a few friends decided to go shopping on Black Friday (this morning). After making the rounds at a few stores my daughter and another friend decided they had had enough and where on there way home coming down the interstate. This lady in a hurry to get to the next store cut them off after cutting in and out of traffic down the interstate. Then because the girls try to get out of her way and into the lane she wanted she cut them off and slammed on her breaks. The girls try to avoid her but ended up hitting her and doing a 360 and just missed being hit by a semi. Both girls are all right except for both having back aches but thanks God they both had their seat belts on.
But you are never prepared for that phone call. Still hours later I have the sickest feeling in the pit of my stomache. This has got to be every parents nightmare...
