A People Pleaser Defined
Being a people pleaser is an emotionally draining and often painful existence. I don't know what it is, but something deep inside you feels the need to try to keep everyone you come in contact with happy in some form or another. The need to please consumes your mind and soul. The need to please is so great that you are willing to make yourself miserable in order to please another. When you feel the need to put forth the effort to please, you can't help but to put your whole heart and soul into it. Everything a people pleaser does to try to please, they do with an intense burning passion. Which I'm sure is the reason rejection hurts so bad. Rejection is a people pleasers worst fear. We can accept the small everyday rejections life has to offer. But when it comes to rejection from people we try hard to please, that kind of rejection can crush a people pleasers soul. Heavy Heart
If my punctuation sucks in this blog I don't give a shit!!!! Recently i was told my kids mother that they are moving further away from me with a very short notice!! I bothers me being two hundred miles from them it killed me at work yesterday couldn't come to terms with it at all.But I will have to suck it up and deal with it is all i can do.There is a song by Slipknot that reminds that you cant take back the past and have to move forward.What iam trying to say is in times like this i feel i failed in areas of being a dad but i know im a great dad though.B the song tells me that i cant weigh myself down but music helps me deal with sorrow in my own way so this one way of getting off my chest.But i love my kids and i hope they do ok in a really big city they are moving to and all my love is with them i love guys!!!

Request For Prayers
My daughter and I volunteered our time to help train young horses for the last few months. Yesterday, the MFB@STARD that owns the place molested my baby girl -- she is 10. I spent the whole night with her with the police and the hospital getting evidence to put this F*CK!NG SLIME BEHIND BARS I want to kill him but I know that my baby girl needs me. Her father died in 2000 so I am all she has left. My baby is a straight A student, peer-to-peer counselor with students at school, in music, karate, and wants to be a vet someday. She IS our merry sunshine! The resilience of this child is incredible. Please pray for her quick recovery and that she will be able to trust and love as she grows. Valentines Day
For along time now Halloween has been my favorite holiday before that when the kids were growing up it was Christmas. This year it will be Valentines Day. It had been a frustrating day, projects not on time, people not where they were supposed to be. Now to top it all off, we had a business dinner to go to. I called my little one and let her know to be ready to leave as soon as I got home. Cop Killer Pistol
Some time ago information was disseminated regarding a pistol that can defeat body armor. The pistol is the FHN Five-Seven. The US media has nicknamed this pistol the "cop killer" pistol because of its danger to police. In mid-November, one of these pistols was confiscated during a traffic stop on a signal 30 in Colerain Township (Cincinnati Ohio area). The gun was found after the suspect resisted the pat down. Attached is a picture of the confiscated weapon and the rounds that were loaded into it. As you can see, they appear to be small rifle rounds. The pistol was test fired at our range and the rounds penetrated both the front and back of the vest. Please share this information with all of your personnel as well as with any other police agencies you deal with. While all weapons are a danger to our officers, this one poses an even greater risk and it has now made it into the hands of criminals in our area.

There a whole a lot of animals all around the world. they come in different shapes. sizes colors. they also all have different names. on them all and i don't like dogs or cats at all because when i was little i got bitten by an dog when my dad was holding me still ever since that happien i don't like dogs. but everybody is different then i don't like other animals at all so i don't ever brother with them at all.

I Will Be Gone For Awhile.
This is just to let everyone know my plan is to move to my new townhouse next Saturday. To ensure I have no distractions while packing, etc. I am calling my cable/home phone/internet provider at the beginning of the week to have it turned off here. Gps Stolen
Ok I am sorry. I am in a bad mood tonight because my car was broken into and my GPS was stolen. I am writing here because it helps me get it out and maybe not be so upset. How could someone do that? Prayers
Wednesday morning my Dad was injured at his work. Mom called me about 730 in the am and said we needed to get to the hospital. Dad peels carpet padding and his machine broke and while he was fixing it it caught up his hand and crushed it. He bled lots he said and thats bad for him to say! They were stitching him up once we got to the ER and then they took him for xrays. Once they got the xray back the doc came back in and said we have to put the IV back in and admit you. He crushed 4 carpal bones. It took them about 9 hours to figure out what to do.. and that was to transport him to columbus because the ortho doc from our town said they couldnt even begin to fix the damage done. So the ambulance came and got him there and surgery ended up being about 2 hours and 8 pins in his hand later. He came home from the hospital today with the doc saying it was a very severe injury and the pain was going to be terrible, and short of stopping him from breathing he was gonna hurt like he

Home From The Hospital!
So, I spent the entire week in the hospital. Monday I posted my status as not feeling well ...that I was going back to bed. Well, that bed ended up being on the second floor of Paradise Valley Hospital for the week. My kidneys are revolting. Am I better? NO! I was so sick of that damn hospital bed though and I couldn't take it anymore. I was well enough to be let go and was sooooo sick of being pumped full of narcotics. Now, without them, I realize how bad I AM hurting. UGH! The doc called em my flanks! My FLANKS FUCKIN' HURT! Yah, the kidney area just above my ass! When my ex husband attacked and beat me 2 years ago he did quite a bit of damage to my right kidney and it has been struggling since. I ended up with a double infection, a stone and who knows what other kind of kidney yuk sludge you can think of. I am going to follow up with a specialist but for now...AM HOME! YAY!

Surgery
I just found out about an hour ago that I will be having to have surgery . The surgery date is scheduled for February 3, at 8am . I know it will slow me down a bit, but I know me I will be up and running hopefully by that evening . This is another obstacle I will overcome and get on with my normal business . I am one who doesn't take long to heal , I know they say about 4-6 weeks for recovery but I know me . The least amount of time I am down the better I am on getting back to where I need to be .

Now 29 Weeks Along!!
Just turned 29 weeks yesterday so that means 11 weeks to go ! :D so excited !!!I went to the ultrasound on tuesday and found out Im having a big baby boy lol he is weighing in at 3 lbs 5 oz!! 1 lb bigger than the usual 28 weeks baby so I might be scheduled for labor before my 40 weeks :) I've thought of some names but havent decided on them yet.. To be real with yall, I am battling depression. I have not been medically diagnosed, but I have known for a while I am depressed, and as of now I am seeking help. The first two months of the year are always my roughest. I can not stand either January or February, don't know why, and ironically these are the two most depressing months for me. Those who know me know I usually run off at the mouth and speak before I think. I can be very irrational when I am in the dumps and have a bad habit of letting my paranoia and anger take over. The guy from GE finally came and fixed my washing machine. It's only a month a half that I've been without a working washing machine. Since he was here I decided to ask about my dish washer. No Loitering
After two weeks in Belize, J and I flew to Atlanta, where we had an overnight stay on the way home. I can hardly turn on the TV any more. From the local BS to the Cable BS, it seems to be more of the same every hour. I used to watch CNN Headline news but I haven’t had the time or inclination for a while so… When did they go away from a regular half hour news type program? What is with this junk… Okay I know it is important to somebody that they are having another police chase in California but why is it on Headline news? What is so Earth shattering about someone in California driving a car that is so important that they must show it to the rest of the nation or for that matter the rest of the world? Okay so two new things, well one not so new. I received another request to interview a band. Yay! It's The Last Vegas, they won a Guitar Center contest, chosen by Motley Crue, receiving money, equipment and a recording deal with MC's label. Why Is It??
Why is it so hard to keep a promise?? I won't say any names or what the promise was that was broken, but I will say it hurts for that promise to be broken!!!! I think that if a person promises not to do something ever again then that person should stay to his/her word. This person knows how it makes me feel when this is done but yet continues to do this act. Am I over reacting? NO, I don't think I am. Am I being childish, NO I am not. Not only is the act still being done but the act of lieing too. I am at the end of my rope with this and don't know what to do, I am sick of it. I guess I can do the same act but what for? We've all had trouble with our animals, but I don't think anyone can top this one: Calling in sick to work makes me uncomfortable. No matter how legitimate my excuse, I always get the feeling that my boss thinks I'm lying. On one recent occasion, I had a valid reason but lied anyway, because the truth was just too darned humiliating. I simply mentioned that I had sustained a head injury, and I hoped I would feel up to coming in the next day. By then, I reasoned, I could think up a doozy to explain the bandage on the top of my head. The accident occurred mainly because I had given in to my wife's wishes to adopt a cute little kitty. Initially, the new acquisition was no problem. Then one morning, I was taking my shower after breakfast when I heard my wife, Deb, call out to me from the kitchen. 'Honey! The garbage disposal is dead again. Please come reset it.' 'You know where the button is,' I protested through the shower pitter-pa tter and steam. 'Reset it yourself!

Diet And Mother-in-law
Despite not having the best week, between preparing for MIL's visit, having a fight with hubby and cheating on my diet right after the fight, missing my walk twice due to bad weather, etc., I still managed to lose 2 more lbs. The Fat Disease
Being fat is an epidemic in the US so they say. But they never take the time to show one other side of the coin. I have Cushings Syndrome. Its the "fat disease". My body makes a chemical which is absorbed into the thyroid and caused me to gain weight at an unimaginable rate. You also get this hump on your back right below the neck. I gained 200 lbs in 6 months. And they thought I was just over eating. I had not changed my eating habits in that time. I did try to change things like going vegetarian for awhile to no avail. Millions suffer from it and most are undiagnosed. There is treatment for it but it is mostly a diet and some thyroid meds. After I divorced in 2000 I went into therapy cuz of the divorce and started working on losing the weight. I lost 150 lbs in a year and a half but it doesnt appear anymore will come off. Moving On
Have you ever known you had to let go of something, but just could not bring yourself to do it? I know that it won't ever be the same, and I realize that letting go and giving up is the best thing to do, I just can't seem to. Honestly, I think I'm more upset at myself for not being able to forget about the situation than the situation itself.
