I am posting this because, as some of you already know, I will be leaving for Chicago this coming Thursday morning, along with 140 singers from my school. We will be involved in a competition on Saturday and will not be home until Monday night. I wanted to let you all know that our itinerary is packed with activities, shows, sight-seeing and yes, SHOPPING (that's for all of the girls...lol), as well as the competition. Because of that, I do not know what sort of time I will have online, if any. But, I also want you to know that I'll be thinking of you. The big news around here lately is a teacher who has been forced to remove his bible from his desk. He has had it there for years..but all of a sudden its a crime. He also had the 10 commandments hanging in his room. I can understand them asking him to remove that..but I feel its his right to have a bible on his desk. If hes not thumping it..and its not bothering anyone. Anyways.. I started thinking on this subject since I read a little about it two days in a row on the front page. Theres kids supporting him and all here. I kinda understand his side of it..but then got to wondering..why does he really need it on his desk? Why can't he just put it in his desk..if he knows it bothers people? Then he will have it there for himself..but not in plain sight. Is he really that much of a believer? Wtf
I'm using this to write down my personal thoughts and feelings.. If anyone happens to read it then so be it.. As of April 17, 2008.. I suffered a mild heart attack.. I'm only 31 with two kids.. My son is 10 and my daughter is 8. As the doctors explained it to me.. I have been under way too much stress and that is what caused it..I now have to do a stress test and meet with a neutritionist and a heart doctor.. I have only told a few of my really close friends and tryin not to stress over it.. I have slowly started to eliminate my stress and tryin to figure out my "triggers".. As of right now.. I'm recooperating and doing fine.. Exhausted all the time but well.. Once again.. This is my own person thoughts and feelings.. I'm NOT looking for sympathy.. That's the last thing I want.. My thoughts on this.. I'm way too young and have a full life to live.. I have to keep in mind.. Everything will get better as the days go by..

Always Wear Sunscreen
Ok...first of all I will say I am so STUPID for not putting on sunscreen! But in my defense I was only out in the sun for maybe 45 mins. But the reason I am posting this blog is to tell everyone a remedy I found online that really helps take the "heat" out of a sunburn. I haven't been burned in a long time but you never forget the feeling. This remedy is amazing if I ever get another sunburn (which I hope I don't) I will use this again. Boil tea bags then cool off in the refrigerator (or just add some ice). Then pour into a spray bottle and spray all over the sun burned area. I did a few applications of this and my skin has significantly cooled down. As you can see by the pics below I am pretty red. (This is only 1 day of sun....I had no tan lines before today)

Horrible Weekend
What a weekend. I could use some help. Saturday night i went to the restroom, went to get up and i blacked out and collapsed. I hit my head on what i still havent figured out. I was unconcious for a short time, and when I woke up I couldn't get up and all I saw was blood. So I called my wife into help me up. After she got me up we went to the er and te put 8 staples in my head. I also hurt my shoulder when I fell. So for the help. Does any one know a reason that would cause me to blackout. New Lease On Life
After my knee surgery back in October I wrote this... thought I would share with my Fu friends. Hope this offers some words of advise for someone! Sometimes life hands you more than you think you can handle, but in reality you are only given what you can handle. In the times of despair and uncertainly everyone feels blue, uneasy and disheveled. I have been in that very mood and "mental hole" for about three months now. I have finally pulled myself out of that position after looking at my life and realizing that the little bump in the road I hit was merely a test of myself will and trust me when you are hurt or otherwise unable to do the basic things to care for yourself this humbles a person. After falling into a short but seemingly deep depression for a few weeks I am finally feeling like myself again, only changed for the better. I'm not really sure what is wrong with me today. I was woken up this morning with decent sex, was in a good mood and all of a sudden I wanna cry and throw up all at the same time. Ok for those of you that would like to know about my past here goes nothing lol. Well, when i was really young my dad got taken outta of the house because he was physically abusing me and my sisters. For some of my sisters they were even more unlucky they got sexually abused by him. Needless to say he was taken to jail (he's not in jail anymore ugh). My mom divorced him and well she didn't know how to do a lot of things drive, she wasn't working, didn't go to college and what not. So she took it out on me and my 4 sisters. July 11, 1998 I was in a car accident. No i wasn't driving it was my sister she didn't stop at a stop sign on a country road and a truck plowed into her at 60mph. We spun outta control and when the van stopped my 2 sisters that were in the van also looked for me. Newest Updates For Cameron And Carson And Caleigh!!!
Newest Update!! Cameron was taken out of ICU and put in the room with her brother Carson in a private room for the two of them. They are still a long way from recovering fully, but out of immediate danger. Thankfully!!! I know the prayers of all have been with them and have helped them heal as much as they have from all of this. There are some sad parts to this story still and much prayer is still needed for them. Sometimes things don't work out the way you planned right? Ever think you know something before the other person is totally oblivious to it? The last week my life has been turned upside down and i feel im handling it quite well in the same sense i don't think those around me can see whats coming. Whenever something is said its automatically my fault and im not sure i like where any of it is going....ok so all of that was a little obscure... carry on.

Truth
Truth I am sitting here late tonight just thinking about things that have passed and those who use to care, or at least acted like they did. I have had a really rough time lately and almost everyone knows about my daughter and what happen. I have found myself kinda trapped or so thats how it feels. Those that once cared or acted like it I guess have stopped. I think a lot of people have been done wrong and or forgotten . Seems as long as you are giving they remember you, but the minute you are unable to give they forget you. However I have not forgot my friends that have stood by me and are still here for me and my little girl. I have mad love and respect for them. I will always be there for those friends. As for the rest of the fakes FUCK OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'm done trying to keep everyone happy. Thanks to those who are still here.

You know, I don't know about anyone else but the way I look at friendships whether it be online or in real life, I take them seriously but what is really sad is when some people have to be facetious and not take my friendship seriously enough, I don't care if it's Yahoo Messenger or AOL Instant Messenger or MSN or MyYearbook where I have over 1,000 friends or Fubar where I have nearly 700, if you're gonna be freinds with me at least come half way to the table even though at times I may not be able to physically unless I have a way there. Update On Mom
Haven't been on in awhile. My mom has been in the hospital for about a month now. She was in Johnstown but after two botched surgeries & almost dying from infection we were finally able to get her out of there. She first went to Altoona but they said she was too serious so they recommended sending her to Pittsburgh, PA. My dad & I were driving two hours there & two back everyday while she was in ICU. Last week she was moved to a regular room so dad & I have been taking turns staying over night w/ her. Hopefully she will be transferred to a rehab place closer to home tomorrow. She will be on IV antibiotics for at least 8 more weeks & after will more than likely have to have a 3rd surgery. All that from a surgery that was to have been an over night stay, a few days of bed rest & possibly some physical therapy. Needless to say I'm completely drained, not to mention moody as hell. The Waiting Is Over...at Least Until The Next Step
THE WAITING IS OVER....AT LEAST UNTIL THE NEXT STEP I mine as well just be blunt and get it over with. There really isn't any other way to ease into it. My doctor called me last evening to inform me that I do have the C word. Cancer...yes I was actually not that shocked. I knew in my mind for 3 weeks now that I had it. I just needed to hear the doctor confirm what I have been thinking all along. So, the waiting of the unknowing is over. Am over that hurdle. Next hurdle is a private consultation with her to discuss and educate me on what kind I have, stage, treatment, all options etc. This will happen either tomorrow or Friday depending on scheduling and gettting the written report back from the Pathologist. (The call from my doctor was actually pre-mature without the written report in her hand but she knew I was going outta of mind not knowing so she called me with the only finding of ...that is was cancer.) Just So Tired
I've been working as a CNA for the last 14 years...It wasn't my intention to stay in it so long...I wanted to go on and become a nurse...Being single...and the kids small at the time...I put it off...Having to work full time and go to school full time..when would I be home with my kids...Yeah..that's the excuse I've always used...Just no time... I worked psych for 10 yrs of that...I loved it...I believe that those patients brought me out of my shell that I was comfortable in...Let's just say I was a doormat to most anyone that came in contact with me...But with psych patients..you can't be that way...They are a tough bunch of people...Whether it be physical or mental...either way...they came at you full force... Now..I'm back in geriatrics...And it's quite the change...I like it...It's ok...A little bit more slower paced and the residents aren't ready to kill you every time you turn your back...In fact..they're grateful for any kind of help that you give them... But with both.

Life
I have had a burden fall upon me, in the recent days. It is saddening and most of all tragic. A few days back, my Aunt and I were having a conversation on the phone, about life in general. My uncle has been sick for sometime now and in and out of the hospital. His illness is caused from a path he had chosen to take back when he was younger (Alcoholism), his WBC is extremely high and has caused for serious alarm. He is slowly dying. His wife (My Aunt) says she cannot do this anymore and is thinking about leaving him. Mind you My uncle has been sober for over 2 years now. He has accepted that he will most likely not make it through the end of this year. The rest of the family including his own mother (My grandmother) refuses to even consider with the cost of funeral costs when it comes to that. So that is how the burden came to fall on me. Fog Vs, People
Because i'm really bored i thought i would share something that happened yesterday. A woman on the fu that i've never seen before came to my page and started rating my pictures. I didn't really pay attention at first, but then i saw a 9, then another one...and another. I moved my cursor over the photo she just rated and it was of me of course. So I Started paying closer attention. A 10 would come up, then a few 9's, then another 10. Every picture of mine with my face in them she rated a 9. Soon, i knew she was through with my personal pictures of me. She continued rating. And all of the rates were 10's. I checked the pictures...they were ones i had of fog. Just Some Thoughts!
I find myself wondering these days if love really exists anymore. I thought it did once, now I'm not so sure. I gave my heart to someone very special once, and no matter how hard I try, I can't get it back from him. He has moved on to someone else, but still has the key to my heart. R.i.p. Angels In Heaven

It's Life.
