Im Moving

Dublin Coddle - Irish Recipe Recipe ============= Dublin Coddle ============= Serves 6 1 pound bacon slices 2 pounds pork sausages Some bacon fat or oil 2 large onions, sliced 2 cloves garlic 4 large potatoes, thickly sliced 2 carrots, thickly sliced 1 large bunch of fresh herbs, tied with string black pepper hard cider (apple wine) or apple cider fresh parsley, chopped for garnish Lightly fry the bacon until crisp. Place in a large cooking pot. Brown the sausages in some bacon grease or vegetable oil. Remove and add to pot. Soften sliced onions and whole garlic cloves in fat, then add to pot with potatoes and carrots. Bury the bunch of herbs in the middle of the mixture. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover with cider. A person never knows when they got a drinkin problem. I know for instance.I almost lost my life the night of november 3 morning of november 4. i was stupid for drinking and driving. i hit a bridge head on with a truck that didn't even belong to me. it belonged to my boss. i pray to god and count my blessings each and every day that i get out of bed that i was able to walk away from that accident that almost took my life. i suffer from a broken neck and loss of feeling in my left arm. doctors aren't sure if the feeling will ever come back. i had to have surgery on my neck. they stuck 2 steel rods and bolts in my neck to keep it together. they also did a bone graph on it. will keep you all updated as doctors do me.

had surgery on her knee friday afternoon.. laproscopic .. they scraped the arthritis out and repaired something else(can't remember what its called) anyways I was suppose to take her for her surgery but since I had missed the previous 2 weeks of work I decided Tiger(hubby) could do it, and I still would go spend the nite with her. State Of Me

Have you ever wondered what it would be like without your immediate family around you for christmas? Well i go through it every year. 12years ago on Christmas morning my immediate family had a car crash & i was meant to be in the car as well but i was at my grandma's place with her & i found out on the news because no-one in my family rang to tell me. I found out that day that my parents(both 46yrs old) had died instantly & my lil sister(12yrs of age & like my best friend) died 1 week later on New Year's Day morning. Well.... Some of you know & some don't... I was working 2 jobs, babysitting & waitressing in a strip club.. I was working 75 hours a week & was just too much. So...I had a dream last night that kinda threw me through a loop. I had a dream that I was at some country club helping my mom clean up and my ex fiance came in and picked me up and kissed me. Ok so I just got fired today and damn if it didn't hurt like hell. I have been at my job for 2 long years and have lost so much sleep for my job, but that is not what I will miss. I am going to miss the people I have come to know and the friends I have made. If it's not your dream job always look forward to working with the people around you. I have along and hard week ahead of me now. Time to dust off that resume.

Stupid People
My ex boyfriend has to be the most stupid person i know. He calls me asking me if i know of anyone he can date. Of course i know lots of single people, but do you think i would honestly give him they're number? Nah!! I was stupid once and gave him my friend Abby's number. She called me a few days later getting mad at me. She told me that she went to meet him and he had the IQ of a 5 year old. She was trying really hard to be nice to him not to hurt his feelings. I try to believe that there really are no bad people out there but once again the mother of myh boys has proven me wrong again. Today I found out that for over a year that I have had custody of my sons, she has been collecting social security checks against my older son and his special needs but couldn't even buy diapers for the boys let alone pay the child support she owes, but if you're heading out to the bars she'll lead the way.
