Directly upon returning to the MuMMs I became what some refer to as a lurker. I scanned through the interactions and comments. I read the content of the actual MuMM entries and what the people who posted them were saying. It is my belief that there are many things which we communicate with our words other than the things we actually say. The first thing I noticed is how painfully obvious it is that people who frequent the MuMMS aren't skilled at communicating. This is not to say that a person does not possess a good vocabulary or is well spoken. I am speaking of the inability of a vast group of individuals to make their message coherent in the capacity that they intend it. How can we hope to gain anything from interaction in which we don't have enough focus to deliver our messages with any deliberation? The common case within the MuMMs is to spew forth a jumble of words which are, despite a spell checker being built in, quite often spelled so improperly that a person has to

Fu Bar Friends
What is pain? It could be so many different things for so many different people. Pain can be a broken arm or leg, a tattoo, or any kind of physical injury. I think the worst kind is mental or inner pain. Going through a divorce is painful yes but I think its even worse when the kids are getting hurt. If you love your kids and you see them hurting because of what you have done or your spouse, if your any kind of parent it will hurt you too. I'm going through an ugly divorce trying to get my 2 children and what hurts the most is seeing the kind of pain and suffering they're going through. My children are my world and I would do anything in the world for them. To bad they're mom doesn't feel the same way. The pain I feel comes from with in I haven't been the best father in the world hell I'm the first to admit that. I have made my share of mistakes I guess it all depends on how we learn from them. This has been on my mind for some time. Everyone can see that I'm in my 40s. Most of Fubar members are in their 20s or 30s, but I have seen a constant degree of insults by the younger people in here especialy when I'm asking for their imput. Ok, so what is Fubar about and what does it mean to me? Here's what I gather IMO: It's a social networking site with many subtle little features to keep ya coming back over and over, possibly at the expense of ur sleep patterns, even ur job if ur clocking in with Fubar on the brain! It seems that there have been problems with the photo views and my rankings have droppped since Wednesday. The counter resets at 8 pm or like yesterday 03/08/2009 at 4pm in the afternoon, then at 8 pm ,10pm and then again at 11pm so my ranking has gone down but my problem is that you pay this money to keep up with it and the Powers that be can't get it right or you have to prove to them that anyone has looked at your pictures. Well, If I don't spend my life on this site it will keep going down from the top 1000. I choose to have a life. I can't spend every waking hour when I am not working on Fubar only to have the powers that be clear my counter only to start me over again. I understand there are problems some days but to get my rating up again and again it has been over 1500 or 2000 through out the day, only to have the counter go to zero at 11pm. I am a normal everyday person. I didn't know anything about fubar until I found it by accident. I really enjoy the site. I was interested in being a dj cause I enjoy listening to music. I want to others to enjoy the same tunes that I listen to. So, I decided to become a dj. I went out and got the stuff I needed to become one. First of all thanks for even bothering to read, it won't be short so please be a little patient with me :) I was going to post this once I reached level 40 but I have been forced to do so earlier because it became a conflict with my ABOUT ME section. I find it a bit rediculous that this site has the be rated G when it is supposed to be a "Bar". I mean first off, if 18 year olds are not allowed in a real bar, why are they on here? The one thing that pisses me off more than anything is people asking for help who wouldn't help you if their lives depended on it. I actually had people in my family who never rated or even said hi for over a year. But then I won a God Mode in the fu lottery. I let it sit there untouched for over a week. Still no comments from these so called family members. So before I ran God Mode I went through and deleted people from my family who never made an effort to help with even one point while I was trying to level. Then I ran my GM.
