Well folks here's the deal. Sorry I've been away but I've been in a bit of a funk lately and I haven't been able to drag my sorry ass to Cherry Tap for a while. I'm better now and hope to be doing more here on my CT page. If you read this blog, please, tell me what you like and don't like. I'll try to add more stuff that you like. I love the old 80's video's as you can tell. I also like some of the older stuff like Janis Joplin and Hendrix and think their performance vid's are cool as hell. On to the news of the day. Well it seems bald ass Brit and K-dred have hammered out the details of their divorce. Yippee fucking skip. Now we can all rest at ease knowing the fate of their 2 kids and her money. But what about her hair? I mean my GAWD! And what about the Anna Nicole Smith family saga? Are they gonna dig up her son and re-do the autopsy? For pity sake, let the dead rest in peace! Here I am again, sorry it's been so long but I've had a busy weekend. Busy doing what you ask? Most of what I've been doing is classified sorry I can't tell you! I'm back again, that's right I made it through another day! Well the global warming trend has slid off the map, we're back down to a seassonal 36 degrees here in Big Corn Country, aka Nebraska USA. In other words, stay home, mess about with CT and stay warm! No new news about Brit or Anna except Anna's ever loving and caring Mom "the drugs did this to her!" swears Anna wanted to be buried in California next to her idol, Marilyn Monroe. Another tragic blonde bombshell death. The only difference was that Marilyn was murdered, but that's a whole other Oprah! Well it looks like Englands Prince Harry, the Royal Wild Child is going to be deployed to Iraq. I can see it now, there will be more media coverage than you can imagine, but, the upshot there is maybe all those rebel insurgents will wipe out a whole lots of Papparazzi! We can only hope eh? I'm usually not very serious, but on this note I will be. I pray that nothing happens to that boy while over there, as much as I do any other boy/girl, but Wills, his brother, has already lost his mother, he doesn't need to lose his brother. End of seriousness. I can't think of anymore to say today, I might write some more after I go out to the Dr's this afternoon. but then again, maybe not heheheheh, depends on what the old quack has to say! Here we go again, this time it's the hump day version of my blog. Seems my girl Lexie thinks we should bury Anna Nicole next to Brittney's recently shorn locks of love. Sounds like a reasonable plan to me. Shaving your head is kinda passe` isn't it? I mean Demi Moore did it back in the 80's for GI Jane (one of my all time fav movies!) Specualtion is running rampant among gossip columnists and lawyer wannabe's about why Ms Brit shaved her ugly ass cue ball head anyway. They say the best way to test for drug use is through hair folicles. Oh you THINK she's using? I woulda never thought that! She also checked herself in and back out of rehab in less than 24 hours. Now she's done this twice in two weeks. What's she doing? Checking for the best bargain or the best program? What Antigua wasn't a nice enough spot for you? Nor was Malibu? WTH, try Bangor Maine next, it's pretty far removed from prying eyes, and a Starbucks! ENOUGH WITH THE BRIT SHIT. Sympathy going out to my girl Bobbie who had to attend a funeral for a friend today *warm hugs* You can't feel it but each day the pain gets a infintesimal amount less so hang in there my friend. Feb 20th '07 it's 51 freakin degree's out and they say there's no such thing as global warming. Riiiiiiiiiight! That and 50 cents will buy you a cup of coffee, in some third world country I expect. Spent alot of today trying to figure out this Cherry Tap business. I think I managed to add a friend and replied to a few people. Wow, that's about it. Also had some depressing personal business to deal with but let's not discuss that, it seems that this is not the place for heavy duty thoughts. It seems like CT is more lighthearted and that's OK too. We all need to forget about the heavy shit in life once in a while and just have some fun. So they're fighting over Anna Nicole's body and selling Brittney Spears hair, what's next for this world? Any thoughts on this people? Well it was bound to happen sooner or later I now have an online blog! My friends Bobbie and Deb got me into this so I can thank them for it. I think I'll keep things simple for now and post more in the coming days. Things I'm into: The SCA, for more information on that check out www.sca.org Harry Potter, movies, books Pogo and meeting new people both in real life and online, and of course, music. My current favorite songs are: Life is a Highway by Tom Cochrane and Fire by Jimi Hendrix. You'll notice my favorite songs change sometimes day to day and sometimes week by week. I live in Lincoln Nebraska but hail from the east coast, speciafically Maine and Boston Massachusettes and I miss the rush of the city. that's it for now, have a great night!
