My prayers go out to all the family and friends whose lives have been dramatically changed due to this crime.
To Linda's family and friends who have to live with this terrible tragedy and the loss of their loved one!
To Sean's family, who now has to find the peace needed to live with the aftermath of what their son became, as well as the feelings of losing a loved one.
To the teenage girl involved who has to find the peace to be able to place this in the past and move on with her life! Trying to forget these images that will be branded in her nightmares.
Most of all, to Linda and Sean's children who now will grow up without parents. May they find the guidance and faith to get through this, along with the loved ones that will be supporting them through each day of this!
As for Sean I can't imagine the pain and anger you must have been feeling in order to do this! I sit and think back to days when we all hung out and I look at the pictures of you and Shannon from my sweet 16 and I can't imagine this being real.

Murder-suicide victims were dead when cops arrived
(01/23/08) SELDEN - The day after police converged on a Selden home for what they thought was a hostage standoff, new details have emerged that reveal the occupants of the home may have been dead when cops arrived.
Police believed a man had barricaded himself and his estranged wife in the home. Later that night, police confirmed 38-year-old Sean Murphy and his wife, Linda Murphy, were dead.
Police now say Linda Murphy was stabbed dozens of times as early as 10 a.m. They also say the husband brought a female friend into the home under the guise of babysitting and raped her. Murphy sent the girl outside to get cigarettes from his car and that's when he shot himself, police say. Investigators believe he may have been dead before police even arrived on the scene.
The teen went to a friend's house for help and was taken to the hopsital.
Neighbors say they are shocked by the events and that their hearts go out to the two children the couple left behind.
Police say the couple had been estranged for about a month and that there was a history of domestic disputes. They say a restraining order was in place against the husband.
