| One of my co workers, who is not even a supervisor of mine keeps trying to tell me how to do my job. I told him not to tell me how to do my job. He keeps on doing it tho and its pissing me off. My question for you is should I A ignore him and just do my job or B tell my boss whats going on? Im not the only one he does this to, so I think hes just power hungry. He also comes in and clocks in 2 or more HOURS before he is scheduled and starts working which I think is "milking the clock". And if I do arrive early he says I should clock in and start working, when my boss has not approved any extra over time or hours. |
