Dear Autism Advocate,
Yesterday, Congressman Mike Doyle, member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee and Chair of the Congressional Autism Caucus, spoke for our community and delivered a message to them that we have been hammering Congress with over the last week - health reform that does not stop autism insurance discrimination is unacceptable!
Despite and outpouring of phone calls from our community, Speaker Pelosi has remained silent.
It is time to heat things up with FAX IN FRIDAY! Before TGIF starts to set in, be sure to make sure that she and her staff do not get one moment to rest today as a result of all the communications they receive from the autism community.
Here is How YOU Can Help:
1. FAX A NOTE TO SPEAKER PELOSI. Our form makes it easy just like sending an email. A fax machine is not required! Once you press the send button a fax will be on its way to her office.

2. CALL SPEAKER PELOSI's OFFICE AGAIN TODAY AND CONTINUE TO DELIVER THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE: Health reform that does not stop autism insurance discrimination is unacceptable. Call the Speaker's Office at (202) 225-0100.
> Please be polite and persistent until you get through.
> When they ask you what you are calling for say AUTISM INSURANCE REFORM before they switch you to voicemail.
> If the voicemail is full, call back and say to the staff person answering the phone first thing "The voicemail is full, I need you to take down this message in writing for Speaker Pelosi."
> If they tell you to call your Congressman with your message tell them "No, this message is for Speaker Pelosi."
3. GET EVERYONE TO DO THIS AGAIN OVER AND OVER AND OVER TODAY. We cannot let up. Get at least 20 people that you know to do the same thing. We cannot give them a moment to rest until Speaker Pelosi makes a public comment and demonstrates that she has heard us.
