Why are people scared to death of... people? I don't get it.
Whether it be presenting a speech in front of an audience, saying "hi" to a member of the opposite sex, or even asking your boss for a raise?

The point is you got a 10000000% better chance of getting something you want in life if you take a risk. If you really want something, you'll do something to get that something. Its not going to come and hit you in the face.
If you want to be a rich, married, fat bastard its not like it'll rain golden coins on your front porch, a random girl rings your doorbell and asks you to marry her, and you eat less cornfeed than a baby chick is going to get you that. You must WORK for it!
There ya go. The real secret. WORK FOR WHAT YOU WANT.... Yeah, sure your job is a hard, tough, bla bla bla... I don't care. Do something different. Change.

So stop being afraid of people, stop being afraid of change, and stop expecting everything to be handed to you on a silver platter because it won't. Seriously, this is reality.
