oop's sorry i meant obama. i watched his speech tonight and he finally defined what he means by his campaign slogan "CHANGE". did you watch?
he said "change should not come from Washington, change must come to Washington."
now i get it - that just mean's a change in leadership but that washington isn't going to change anything
