If your 2nd, 3rd, 4th Rockstars don't reactivate your likes, it will make your goals nearly impossible!!

Now, I know this is a lot of information, but its all important for you to succeed!! The blog above gives you lots of ideas to keep your name in the public eye and get yourself noticed!! If you are going for your 10K acheivement you will basically be doing this for every waking moment! When I did mine I only slept about 2.5 hours total. It took a lot of work! You will have to work hard to get there!!
1st step - Happy Hour
I'd recommend at least 1 Happy Hour. I'm not sure if anyone has gotten the acheivement that didn't have at least one HH. This takes preplanning because usually you need to schedule your HH a week in advance. If you can do more than one, awesome! spread them out throughout the day. I did mine with just one Friday prime time HH (6PM FuTime).
2nd Step - 4 Rockstars at least
I had an extra on hand just in case I fell short with my 4 Rockstars. Luckily I reached 10 K likes 2 hours into my Fourth Rockstar so this was not required. By that point though, I'd have used a 5th if I needed to.
3rd Step - 40 Credits to reset your ability points
I ended up having to reset Thursday night to get two early morning pimps, then three times on Friday (though I did make it to 10K before I could be pimped after that last reset, so technically wasn't needed. But I would make sure you have that 40 credits on hand just in case!!! Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it!!
4th Step - 24 Pimps
I was pimped at Midnight FuTime and every hour after that, as close to hourly as my friends could manage. Don't leave your pimps up to chance. Don't hope you can find a pimp trade. Make sure you have friends on hand that can pimp you at certain times and back ups just in case cause sh!t happens!! Especially while you are asleep! You want to be pimped every hour without fail!!
5th Step - other ability bling
What else are you going to run besides the Rockstars? Maybe nothing but Rockstars but I made sure I ran at least a boomy and 11s so that when I got pimped right after a Rockstar ended, I still had bling to get attention. Some people have used GodMode and Rockstars together to get the most attention. If you can afford that, great. But just know you will burn through that 20 mill points of a GM quick so you will need several. I did the 11s and the boomy at the bare minimum, then added a famp to cover my HH.
6th Step - Plan ahead!!!
What time do you plan to activate each Rockstar? I made sure I had at least 30 mins between each so I had time to do all the things required to try to ensure the Rockstar activated correctly. between my first and 2nd I had several hours because I figured it was the quiet time on Fu. Here is basically what I did so you can see the schedule I used! Remember - the pimps and MUMMs reset at 1:30 FuTime. That gives you 2 pimps and 5 mumms from the prior day that you can use if you plan ahead!!
All of the times below are FuTime. You will have to plan accordingly depending on your time zone
11:58 PM Thursday - Activated my first Rockstar in FF on my main comp
12:00 AM Friday - My first Pimp
12:05 AM - My 1st MUMM (technically from Thurs. since it hadn't reset. Make sure you don't do any mumms the prior day!)
12:25 AM - My second MUMM (technically from the prior day)
12:45 AM - My third MUMM (technically from the prior day)
1:00 AM - My second Pimp
1:05 AM - My fourth MUMM (technically from the prior day)
1:25 AM - My fifth MUMM (technically from the prior day)
2:00 AM - My third Pimp
3:00 AM - My fourth Pimp
3:58 AM - 1st Rockstar expired
4:00 AM - My fifth Pimp
5:00 AM - My sixth Pimp

Now remember, in addition to these major things I did, I was constantly liking people, leaving profile comments on peoples pages, (especially those also running Rockstars or in GM) voting on songs, playing the fuLotto (haha I won the fuBuck lotto), download videos (ripping videos works too), dowload pics (I forgot to do this, was faster to rip videos), updating my status often, plus I had people that had me in their status and sending friends!!
Just a recommendaion to friends that help. I try to put a link to people that need help on my page. If you don't know how to do that, no big deal, put the person in your top 6 friends or family so you can say something like this - My #6 Fam So&So is going for 10K likes - Please stop by their page to like them several times today as they activate new Rockstars (or something to that effect!!). Its much more effective than just putting the link in your status because a lot of people won't copy and past a link but after they like and rate you, they might just click that pic and go help!!

Updating this on March 4, 2012 - this problem may have been fixed finally. I know I did three Rockstars in a row the other day for the achievement, and they all worked as expected. Just heads up - there was a problem for a long time!!
Many people have encountered a problem when activating multiple Rockstars where the second one (or third or fourth) does not reset your likes to allow people to relike you as it should. Or it partially resets where people that liked you on a previous Rockstar could not relike, but those that just liked you between Rockstars could. Weird right? I don't think FuSupport officially recognizes that there is an issue with the operation of the Rockstars. You will not be reimbursed or receive sympathy if this happens to you though I could find you several people that have experienced the issue, including myself.
This is what the bouncers and others that have tried it recommends trying though of course, some have tried it all and still not successfully activated:
Some suggest waiting 4 hours between Rockstars.
This isn't feasible if you are going for 10K likes. Plus I had a friend that did, and it still failed.
If you are activating a Rockstar and a Boomy, activate the Rockstar first!
Great advice. I did both the other day when I was activating my 4th Rockstar when going for 10K, careful to do the Rockstar first, and then the boomy. The boomy didn't reset my rates for 2-3 hours. I didn't care, the important thing was the Rockstar at that point since it was my final rockstar to get my 10K likes.
Remove all messages
I was careful to mark all messages as read, but did not delete them all. I do not know if this makes a difference. Doing more than is needed may be better than not enough!
Log out of Fubar
I was careful to do this on the computer that I was activating on but not on both computers. I got lucky maybe!
Clear your cache and your cookies in your browsers.
I cleared Google Chrome's Cache and cookies back to the start of time each time on the computer I was using to activate since chrome is what I usually run fu in. I did it in IE as well when I used IE to activate. Couldn't figure out how to do it in FF. So I may have gotten lucky. Since I never use FF for fu, that may have saved me!
Restart your computer.
Ok this was tedious and time consuming but I restarted the computer I was planning to activate on because at this point, I would do anything to try to make sure my Rockstar reset, including sacrificing a FuNoob to make sure it worked!!
Activate in a different Browser
Some of the many recomendation include activating the next Rockstar in a different browser than you activated the previous Rockstar in. So if you do the first in Chrome, do the next in FF. I have heard of people that have tried this and it still failed. But I would be sure to try it. I did the first in FF, 2nd on my laptop in IE, 3rd main comp in Chrome, then final on the laptop in FF.
Activate on a different Computer or device
This is not something that Fu Recommends, but it was something that I decided to do. I wanted to do everything I could for my FuAccount to realize I was activating a new Rockstar. So out of 4 Rockstars, I activated my 2nd, and my 4th on my laptop rather than my main computer!
Be sure to have a FuFriend that is there each step of the way to like you for your first Rockstar and verify each new Rockstar activates. Better to know right off in my opinion if the Rockstar failed!! With luck your additional rockstars will work because it is frustrating to no end to have a 35 credit ability bling not function!!
Getting 2500 likes with one Rockstar isn't easy but it can be done!! I will give you a few pointers on what you can do to acheive your goal and hopefully not have to buy a second Rockstar!!
Pick a busy day!! Friday nights seem to be the busiest in my opinion. Saturday evenings aren't bad either. If you can do it on those evenings, you will have a better chance because more people will be online!
Work on getting likes through the day:
But you don't want to get pimped any more than twice unless you are willing to reset your ability points to be able to be pimped again. (I recommend not at all just in case you have to run a second Rockstar!!)
You want to be able to be pimped 4 times during your Rockstar!!! This is imperative in my Opinion. You will often see me change my name to DONT PIMP DarkNymph because I don't want to be pimped too early when I have plans to run bling later in the day! Find your friends and fam willing to help you, and line up those pimps in advance!! You don't want to be an hour into your Rockstar and still be begging for a pimp!! If you need help with this, talk to me! I can help and have friends that will also if you let us know in advance. Please do not SB me in themiddle of your Rockstar without talking to me before and ask for a pimp. I help a lot of people every day. The chances of me having a spare pimp at that time is slim!! But people in your fam should be willing to help you when you run bling. That is what fam is for!!!
Use the Global Mumms!! When you do a global mumm, is scrolls down the fSB home page with your like button next to it and you will get likes. It doesn't matter what it is about, just be sure it is legit, and not one that says "I need likes so I'm doing this mumm" kind of thing. And if you are afraid it is NSFW or objectionable, mark it NSFW!! Some people mark every mumm NSFW to be safe so a hater can't report them. If someone marks your Mumm NSFW you will be banned from doing mumms for 30 days!! Spread your mumms out - you can only do 5 Mumms a day so make them count!! You don't want to do them too early in the day or too late or too close together so you can maximize the likes you recieve!
I recommend activating your Rockstar about 4 PM FuTime (7 PM EST). Here is what I would make your schedule look like:
4:00 PM Start Rockstar
4:01 PM Get Pimped
4:30 PM Do a global Mumm
5:01 PM Get Pimped
5:30 PM Do a global Mumm
6:01 PM Get Pimped
6:25 PM Do a global Mumm
6:35 PM Vote on Battle of the Bands
7:01 PM Get Pimped
7:15 PM Do a global Mumm
You may have reached your 2500 by this time. If not, you need to decide if you think you can make it or if you need another Rockstar. If you are at 2400 or nearly, then I would say plan to do your final mum at 7:45 PM. and you will get there! If you are still like 2200 or 2300 or less you may need another Rockstar. If you need another Rockstar, save your last mumm for the new Rockstar!!
Activating a second Rockstar. If you need a second Rockstar, or are trying for 5K likes with a second Rockstar, be sure to wait at least 10 mins after the first expires, before you activate!! Two of my friends and I have had our 2nd Rockstar not reset our likes because of some FuError. The only thing that we have found is that if you wait at least 10 mins after the first to activate the second, then it seems to work.

To Activate the cherry bomb you view your bling. Depending on your homepge style you click My -> Bling and can see it there or go to My Collections -> Bling to see them there with the fSB. you click on the cherry bomb and it will pop up a window, click activate bling, then confirm!
Once you activate the cherry bomb, you click on someone's picture folder. The easiest way to get there is to click on their profile pic In my opinion. It will have a link at the top, center that will say Cherry bomb this person. Click that, and it will tell you how many points you both got.
Sometimes you'll open a pic folder and it will say "waiting for last bomb to finish" or something like that. You can only bomb every 30 seconds. If you click on a link before the 30 seconds is up, or in someone's folder that hasn't been recently cherry bombed, it will make you wait and refresh the page before you are able to bomb.
A good tip, when you go into a folder, if it's someone that's been recently bombed, it will show you the person that cherry bombed them. If that person is in GodMode I will right click on their pic and open them in a new tab before I bomb, Because bombing people in Godmode a lot of times will bomb ya back. IMPORTANT, you must right click to open in a new tab before you bomb or their pic will be gone and you will not have the opportunity to open up their page.
I know that may seem confusing. But opening multiple tabs with people you want to bomb will allow you to bomb more. For example, I use my family list, just right clicking on 5 at a time and opening them into new tabs. Then I can go through that 5 bombing each, closing each tab after I bomb them.
Another important page you need is this: http://fubar.com/whosonline.php?order=bling That shows everyone running bling except for some reason the GM. But if you bomb someone running auto 11s, you will get double points. So you want that list of people so you can bomb a lot of people that are running auto 11s.
As far as when to run it, I would wait for a good bonus. If you can find a day that there is 100% bonus you will get more points toward your leveling!!
